Job Description


Financial Additions is searching for a Treasury Data Analyst for a 4+ month contract assignment at a GREAT north Dallas company!   This position will support a Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation. This role is heavily focused on data validation, reconciliation, and analytics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of high-volume financial data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate brings advanced Excel skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage sensitive information with precision.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform high-volume data entry, validation, and reconciliation with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze and compare large datasets to identify discrepancies and ensure data consistency across systems
  • Manage data uploads/downloads between systems, ensuring proper formatting and integrity
  • Extract, cleanse, and transform data for reporting and analytics purposes
  • Support Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation through data migration and validation efforts
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to manipulate and analyze data (e.g., XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, XMATCH, Pivot Tables)
  • Safeguard highly confidential banking and financial data in accordance with internal controls and security protocols
  • Collaborate with treasury, accounting, and IT teams to resolve data-related issues

Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, finance, treasury, or accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation, etc.)
  • Proven experience working with large datasets, data validation, and reconciliations
  • Experience supporting system implementations, data migrations, or financial systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
