What you will do:
Sort accounts payable checks and deliver to appropriate personnel
Accurately prepare cash ticket confirmations and match confirmation to the transactions
Prepares checks for bank deposits
Processes stop payment requests and files on the shared drives
Executes wire transfers daily
Prints and delivers manual checks daily
Processes substantial volumes of financial transactions
What qualifications you will bring:
High School Diploma
2+ years experience in administrative role
Experience working in a treasury function preferred
Professional office appearance and ability to correspond with executives
