What you will do:
  • Sort accounts payable checks and deliver to appropriate personnel
  • Accurately prepare cash ticket confirmations and match confirmation to the transactions
  • Prepares checks for bank deposits
  • Processes stop payment requests and files on the shared drives
  • Executes wire transfers daily
  • Prints and delivers manual checks daily
  • Processes substantial volumes of financial transactions
What qualifications you will bring:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years experience in administrative role
  • Experience working in a treasury function preferred
  • Professional office appearance and ability to correspond with executives
