What you will do:
  • Assist with tax filing deadlines
  • Support tax planning including estate tax, income and gift planning
  • Review income tax returns and fit tax returns
  • Preparation of quarterly tax estimates
  • Tax planning support with joint ventures, M&A and dispositions
  • Assist with client tax planning, research and compliance
What qualifications you will bring:
  • CPA or parts passed preferred
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 2+ years experience as Tax Accountant
  • Public Accounting, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Investment or Family Office experience highly preferred
  • Experience working with high net work clients and their entities/businesses
