Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with a Global Services provider in search of a Supplier Sourcing Analyst.
This is a remote position with possible onsite travel to the Fort Worth office, so local candidates are preferred.

Supplier Sourcing Analyst responsibilities will include:
  • Review supplier onboarding documentation and input into vendor master file for new suppliers
  • Monitor Purchase Order (PO) Workflow in for PO’s blocked due missing items and release when all documents are compliant.
  • Manage supplier on-boarding process.
  • Monitor and resolve inquiries submitted through support inbox.
  • Maintain central vendor file database and assist in obtaining supplier information.
  • Process daily and weekly reports as required. 
Supplier Sourcing Analyst background should include:
  • High School Diploma
  • MS Excel (intermediate)
  • 2+ years of experience with supplier on boarding and compliance
  • Deltek Costpoint / Deltek Cognos
