Financial Additions is assisting an established and growing client looking for a Senior Manager - Accounts Payable

The Senior Manager - Accounts Payable will be responsible for:
  • Lead AP work stream for business acquisitions and divestitures
  • Engage suppliers in the most cost efficient manner, ensuring compliance with invoice submission requirements and payment methods (e.g. EDI)
  • Oversee the migration to Oracle Cloud Financials as it relates to AP and related processes 
  • Partner with all internal departments within the company to ensure alignment is shared through best practices
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are thoroughly documented and controls are in place for areas of responsibility
  • Lead supplier master governance related initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant corporate policies and procedures for managed operational functions (update and create new policies)
  • Ensure all applicable financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported, and related accounts are appropriately reconciled and controlled

Senior Manager - Accounts Payable Background should include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 10+ years experience with at least 5 years managing Shared Services functions including accounts payable and corporate card programs
  • Oracle Cloud Financials a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • CPA Preferred
