Job Description


Financial Additions has a part-time (20-30 hours) consulting opportunity for a CPA with SEC reporting experience and expertise in creating/implementing accounting processes and procedures.  This is a mostly remote job, but occasional in-office meetings will be needed so consultant must live in the DFW metroplex.  Company is located near Irving, TX and the position may last up to 6-9 months, possible longer.  Great gig for recently retired CPA or someone not wanting the grind of a 40+ hour work week.  Quick interview and hire!  

Duties will include:
  • Performing high-level, ad hoc projects for CFO
  • Create dashboards in ERP as needed (based upon process/procedures in place)
  • SEC reporting
  • Accounting responsibilities as related to special projects
Requirements include:
  • CPA with public accounting experience
  • 5+ years in senior accounting, accounting manager, or controller level position
  • 3+ years creating and implementing processes & procedures
  • 3+ years working with, and creating ERP dashboards
  • 3+ year SEC reporting
  • SOX, GAAP compliance
  • Bachelor in Accounting (Master's degree a plus)
