Job Description

Financial Additions has a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant to work in the growing retail group of a large oil & gas company based in Dallas.  This is an in-office position.  Ready to interview and hire quickly!  
Responsibilities include:
  • Record daily and monthly journal entries to ensure accuracy of financial information
  • Account reconciliations
  • Perform trend analysis on various P&L and balance sheet accounts
  • Proactively identify improvements in areas like tasks completion and availability
  • Perform daily review of store activity - work with manager on inventory, fuel distribution, sales, etc.
Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years in senior accounting role
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, is deadline driven, and communicates well at all levels.  
  • Provides innovative solutions for process improvement and contributes to our culture of innovation and efficiency
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to resolve issues.
  • Strong Excel skills required and experience using SAP, Power BI, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
