Job Description

Financial Additions has a REMOTE 6+month consulting assignment for a Sr. Tax Accountant.  This is an deal role for tax accountant between jobs or a consultant looking for a longer term project. Company is based in Texas and prefers that Sr. Tax Accountant lives within the state.  Quick interview and start date!

Responsibilities include:
  • Review federal, state, and international tax returns (prepared by accounting firm);  prepare tax filings that can be completed in-house
  • Work with quarterly and year-end tax provision and tax account balance reconciliations of international subsidiaries
  • Maintain tax depreciation, control logs of deliverables and compliance requirements
  • Research complex federal, state, and international tax for a broad range of issues
Qualifications include:
  • 4+ years in Sr. Tax Accountant role plus Bachelor’s degree in accounting or  finance - CPA highly preferred
  • Experience in international tax concepts
  • Experience in multinational and sophisticated structures, and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • MS Office (advanced Excel), Oracle, Hyperion, Workivia Track Record
  • Experience in the consumer products industry a plus
