Sr Accountant
Job Description
Financial Additions has a great long-term contract opportunity for a senior accountant with hospitality or commercial real estate experience. This is an onsite position located near Carrollton, TX. Quick interview and start with competitive hourly rate!
Responsibilties include:
- Manage monthly accounting for assigned portfolio of multi-location business units, including month-end close, and review of AP, AR, reconciliations
- General ledger management
- Prepare and provide analysis of monthly financial statements
- Ensure GAAP compliance
- Provide audit support for external auditors
Qualifications include:
- 3+ years as Senior Accountant, 2+ years in hospitality or commercial real estate industry
- Sage Intacct experience highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- GAAP compliance experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting or FInance, CPA a plus
