Financial Additions has a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant for a in-office position in north Dallas.
Duties include:
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Review property balance sheet reconciliations, monthly trial balances, and equity walk forwards
- Reconcile cash and equity accounts.
- Maintain partner loan schedules.
Qualifications include:
- 2-5 years experience in Senior Accounting role
- Tech savvy - strong Excel a must
- Detailed with stong commuicaiton skills
- Senior living real estate industry a must
- Accounting degree
