Job Description

Financial Additions has a great consulting opportunity for an experienced  Senior Property Accountant in downtown Dallas.  This is a 4+ month project with the possibility to become a permanent position if additional headcount is approved.  Great opportunity to get your foot in the door at an established  and well-respected real estate investment firm.   

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the day to day accounting, cash management, and payable oversite for multiple west-coast properties (mostly retail  with some commercial)
  • Work with 3rd party accounting firm when retail and multi-family properties share spaces
  • Input CAM calculations for individual tax parcels in Yardi
Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years in senior property accounting position including cash/treasury components
  • Strong Yardi proficiency
  • Great communication  and organizational skills
  • Accounting degree preferred, but may consider without if strong property accounting background
