Financial Additions has partnered with a high growth industry leader adding a Senior Accountant to their dynamic team. No two days are alike here, if you are looking to break from the routine this is a perfect opportunity for you!
This is a hybrid role located in Dallas, TX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for consolidation and financial statement preparation, coordination with external tax advisors, purchase accounting, and joint venture accounting.
- Assists with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Create opening balance sheets and intangible amortization schedules for acquisitions.
- Participate in close activities, including preparing journal entries.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years accounting experience; Public accounting preferred
- Experience with GAAP
