Financial Additions has partnered with a manufacturing company in search of a Sales Coordinator for their Tampa, FL office. This role is a contract to hire and will be in office.
This is in the office daily and is contract to hire.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the customer pricing pages in the CRM.
  • Initiate price change notifications for customers.
  • Complete reporting for sales invoices, reconciliations, consignments, purchase history and month end.
  • Support the general sales team with answering questions and customer data.
  • Additional support for CRM, PowerBi and ERP systems when questions arise.
  • Assist with maintenance of National Account data and reporting.
  • Coordinate shipments for demo tools, trade show materials, and office supply purchase in the territory.
  • Assist with administrative functions like credit rebills.
Position Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • At least 1 year experience in an administrative role.
  • Must have at minimum Advanced Level Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VlookUp, etc)
