Job Description


Financial Additions is searching for a Purchasing Clerk with buying/procurement cycle experience and intermediate Excel skills.  This is an onsite, contract position in Lewisville, TX that will last for the remainder of 2025, and perhaps into 2026. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Process and review purchase orders and vendor invoices
  • Place orders with suppliers as needed
  • Ensure delivery of goods and services
  • Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors
  • Resolve order and invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products and services
  • Prepare purchasing activity reports

Requirements include:
  • 2 - 4 years in Purchasing/Procurement or Inventory role
  • Intermediate Excel skills with accurate data entry
  • Good understanding of buying cycle (inventory pull, place order, match invoices to purchase orders, etc.)
  • Highly organized and strong communicator
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Dependable and team-player
  • High school grad, some college a plus
