Financial Additions has partnered with a Pharmaceutical Distribution Company in search of a Program Support Specialist.  This is a hybrid position, in the office 2 days a week.

Program Support Specialist position will be responsible for:
  • Coordinates the complete Central Pay Services implementation for pharmacy customer enrollment or dis-enrollment in Elevate Provider Network.
  • Confirms and loads pharmacy customer information and holds on funds into the Central Pay website.
  • Provides assistance to customers Central Pay website issues.
  • Confirms customers have entered banking information and monitors banking status on website.
  • Monitors accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Tracks down missing checks and 835’s from PBMs
  • Locate and contact customers regarding outstanding debts.
  • Serves as escalation point for Central Pay issues.
  • Serves as liaison with Reconciliation Vendors and FDS payment processor.
  • Serves as contact person for Central Pay vendor partners and Pharmacy Benefit Managers
  • Provides assistance for pharmacy customers with questions and issues including accounting/reconciliation issues/funds on hold/debts.
  • Processes refunds for PBMs, funds on Hold and serves as back up for daily funds release.
  • Updates pharmacy customers’ account records and collection efforts
  •  Documents processes and procedures.

Program Support Specialist background should include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Retail pharmacy support
  • PSAO/PBM and/or Managed Care experience
  • MS Excel (Proficient)
