Job Description


Financial Additions is assisting an established family office/investment firm in Washington DC looking for a Portfolio Analytics Associate to join their team. This is an in office position with a multi-billion investment firm. 

Portfolio Analytics Associate responsibilities include:
  • Manage the data and workflows behind portfolio performance and risk reporting.
  • Use Addepar to produce reports, investigate discrepancies and turn complex data into clear information
  • Maintain classifications, data structures and workflows used to report on transactions, cash flows, entities, and asset classes
  • Document data definitions, calculations and reporting processors 
  • Use excel and other tools to analyze data, improve reporting and streamline processes
  • Present comparisons, trends, and portfolio level results through tables, charts, dashboards and presentations
Portfolio Analytics Associate background should include:
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 2+ years experience in data analytics, preferably in investment, financial services or family office.
  • Strong Data Management skills, sound analytical judgement and the initiative to learn unfamiliar systems and solve problems
  • Strong Excel skills, Power BI and Tableau
