Financial Additions is assisting a Global Real Estate leader in search of an Office Coordinator.  This is an onsite position.

 Office Coordinator responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in convince center.
  • Assist working receptionist desk when needed.
  • Working closely with facilities vendors as needed.
  • Monitoring the workorder service center.
  • Answering phones and greeting individuals
  • Maintaining the office inventory, handling printing, and laminating request, managing all mail.
Office Coordinator background should include:
  • High School Diploma / GED and 1 year of related experience
  • MS Office (intermediate)
