Job Description

      Financial Additions is assisting a leading healthcare provider in search of a Member Service Representative
Position will be in-office daily.

Member Service Representative responsibilities include:
  • Answering all incoming calls from sponsors, members, and providers.
  • Researching claims status and assisting in resolving claim issues.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with physicians, providers, and practice managers within the provider network.
  • Providing accurate information regarding eligibility, benefit verification, network, and contract status
  • Recording all contact with customers both verbal and email
  • Facilitate member and provider understanding of the plan coverage and benefits
  • Acts as the primary liaison both telephonic and in-person between all members and the plan
Member Service Representative qualifications should include:
  • High School Diploma and 1 year of related experience
  • MS Excel(intermediate)
