Job Description
Manager, Cybersecurity Operations
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Manager, Cybersecurity Operations position. The ideal candidate brings a background in managing firewalls and security, can implement processes properly and has excellent job stability and tenure.
This position is hybrid and is hiring IMMEDIETLY.
What you will do:
- Lead the cybersecurity team in daily operations including monitoring, threat detection and incident response.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
- Manage and maintain security infrastructure
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards and procedures
- Manage third-party vendors and evaluate new cybersecurity tools and services
- Report security metrics and KPIs to leadership
What qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
- 7+ years cybersecurity experience
- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and data protection
