Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with an Oil and Gas Company in search of a Maintenance Personnel.  This is an onsite direct hire position located in Dallas, TX.

Maintenance Personnel position will be responsible for:
  • Performing general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
  • Sweeping, switching out light bulbs
  • Cleaning and assisting with upkeep of the facilities
  • Maintaining basics of the building
  • Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
  • Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken lock
Maintenance Personnel background should include:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2 years of experience
Physical Requirements include:
  • Prolonged periods standing and walking.
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
