Loan Processor
Financial Additions is partnering with a well-established Texas banking client seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join its lending team.
This individual will support the loan process from approval through closing and funding, working closely with lenders, customers, title companies, and internal banking teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process commercial and consumer loan documentation.
Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approval terms.
Coordinate documentation, closing, funding, and post-closing activities.
Maintain accurate loan files and ensure required documentation is received.
Work closely with lenders and customers to resolve outstanding items.
Assist with renewals, modifications, payoffs, and ongoing loan maintenance.
Ensure transactions comply with internal policies and applicable banking regulations.
Qualifications
Previous loan processing or loan operations experience within a bank or financial institution.
Strong knowledge of loan documentation and lending processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
