Financial Additions is assisting a lending company in Fort Worth searching for a Loan Processing Specialist to join the team. This role is hybrid or remote and requires Loan Origination experience.

What you will do:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to customers and support the loan underwriting process
  • Assist with customer inquiries
  • Ensure loan applications are complete, verify documentation and maintain standards
  • Maintain communication with all departments regarding application status, loan terms and other requirements
  • Facilitate the intake of loan applications, ensuring accuracy
  • Schedule loan closings and inspections
What qualifications you will bring:
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Loan Origination REQUIRED
  • Excellent customer service, business administration and loan operations experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priories and have strong attention to detail
