Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for a Legal Billing Manager with 3+ years of e-billing and collections experience at a law firm.  This is a hybrid role located in north Dallas.  Great opportunity with goal to interview and hire quickly!

Responsibilities include:
  • Process and distribute pre-bills/e-bills and invoices to clients and billing attorney(s)
  • Monitor invoice status and follow-up as needed to ensure timely collection
  • Make edits and transfers to ensure all internal systems have accurate attorney rates, narratives, T&E records, etc.
  • Identify situations that may adversely impact billing and collections and  work towards resolution
Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years hand-on billing experience including e-billing and working with multiple e-billing systems
  • Experience working with split billing and/or complex billing
  • Strong communicator that follows-thru on action items
  • Deadline-oriented and works comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Aderant Expert software experience a plus
  • Able to adapt to client-driven billing guidelines and technology changes
