Financial Additions is searching for a  "junior" administrative assistant with 1-2 years' experience to work at a well-known energy company in north Dallas.  This position will be working under the Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the CEO, and will be contract-to-hire.  Once hired permanently, you will received full benefits and stock options.  This is your chance to work into an Executive Admin-level role!   
Responsibilities include:
  • Project support (assist with presentations, travel coordination, etc,)
  • Answer phone, direct calls, take messages, distribute mail for C-suite
  • Organize and maintain files
  • Create correspondence, forms, documents
  • Proactively maintain calendar and business appointments
  • Coordinate conference calls, video calls, and cater meals for meetings as needed
  • Arrange off-site lunches, dinners, and events as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
  • 1-2 years in an administrative role, preferably at a medium - large size company
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially with Power Point and Excel
  • Experience with calendar management - some event planning/catering is a plus
  • Must exhibit high degree of ethics and can maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School diploma required, some college preferred
  • Overtime may be required on occasion
