Job Description

Financial Additions is assisting a leading healthcare provider in search of an IT Contract Specialist. 
Position will be in-office daily.

Responsibilities include:
•    Key in coordinating contract process. 
•    Manages system wide contract database and responsible for user administration functions across the enterprise. 
•    Develops bid packages and request for proposals (RFPs) for Information Management Department. Coordinates with the purchasing department to ensure compliance.
•    Track all contracts and conducts audit of business unit contract processes to assure compliance with system standards. 
•    Assist in contract development, administration, tracking and analysis. 
Qualifications should include:
•    Bachelor degree
•    Intermediate MS Excel skills 
•    Must have at least 3 years of contract administration experience and IT contract administration is a plus.
