Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with a property management company to identify a Sr. Project Accountant to support financial operations across active projects. This role requires in-office presence and is contract to hire. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project-level accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Maintain accurate job cost reports and project financials
  • Process project billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor financial performance and forecasts
  • Reconcile project accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Support month-end close related to project accounting
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degre and 3+ years of project accounting experience, preferably within facilities management, construction, or related industries
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage (required)
  • Solid understanding of job costing and project financial reporting
  • Intermediate in Excel
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate cross-functionally
