HRIS Payroll Systems Analyst
Job Description
Financial Additions has a long-term contract position (6+ months) for an experienced HRIS Payroll Systems Analyst at a healthcare group near Plano. This is a hybrid position - company is ready to interview and hire!
Responsibilities include:
- Review payroll data and process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Perform validations and reconciliations of each payroll cycle.
- Provide ongoing payroll-related systems support to employees.
- Provide technical, analytical, system development, and maintenance support for payroll system and manage employee master file data conversions.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide resolution.
- Develop adhoc financial reporting as requested.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience in HRIS multi-state payroll processing.
- Experience using Oracle Cloud Payroll, ADP SmartCompliance, and Kronos highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for logical and analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of tax regulations and the ability to research and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Accouting, Finance, HR or related field
