Financial Additions has partnered with a growing design firm to find an experienced Bookkeeper/HR Administrator for an on-office position in north Dallas.  
Responsibilities include:
  • Make journal entries for banking and general contractor fees, as well as federal taxes, franchise tax, and personal property tax.
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Assist with monthly Sales and Use tax reporting and payment
  • Accounts receivable/invoicing/payment posting
  • Enter payroll hours and work with payroll company to manage accurate payroll deductions and records
  • Onboard employees and W9 yearly processing
  • Point of contact for payroll, benefits, business insurance
  • Assist with senior management on projects as requested

Qualifications include:
  • 4+ years in Bookkeeping/HR role that includes payroll duties
  • Reconciliation experience (credit cards, statements, vendor accounts)
  • Strong JE and payroll experience
  • Tech savvy - Sage experience a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Very organized, positive, and personable
  • College degree preferred, but will consider without based upon experience.
