Financial Additions is assisting a large company in Fort Worth looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team for a hybrid role.

Senior Fund Accountant responsibilities include:
  • Oversee accounting and reporting for multiple hedge funds and private equity funds
  • Process journal entries, investment transactions and account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Record investment valuations, dispositions and acquisitions
  • Assist with taxable reconciliations
  • Post non-cash and cash transactions of the general ledger
  • Complete month-end close process and generate deliverables

Senior Fund Accountant background should include:
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 3+ years of fund accounting in financial services or private equity
  • CPA Highly Preferred
  • Exposure to partnership accounting or multi-entity structured company
