  Capital Markets
  • Assist in the development and execution of the financing plan including the execution of debt and equity financings as well as capital structure and capital allocation decisions
  • Manage and monitor the debt portfolio including the revolving credit facility, term loan and senior notes
  • Assist in managing the corporate at-the-market equity program
  • Evaluate and execute on alternative financing sources such as leasing and securitization
  • Maintain extensive understanding of financial trends and general market patterns
  • Actively build relationships with our bank group and manage the fee wallet
  • Provide support for M&A activities including modeling, due diligence, financing and integration, if applicable.

Corporate Reporting
  • Synthesize detailed financial information and prepare executive-level analysis and presentations for senior management
  • Prepare quarterly compliance lender reports, covenant calculations, and certificates in accordance with the terms of the credit agreement
  • Prepare presentations and compile information as requested by the rating agencies
  • Assist with information requests from investors and lenders
  • Assist with the preparation of the corporate annual budget and reforecasts as needed
  • Assist accounting in the quarterly reporting requirements

Risk Management
  • Constantly monitor the company' s financial state and debt covenants to ensure compliance
  • Lead financing scenario analysis, calculating impacts to our leverage ratios, coverage ratios, and potential credit rating implications
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance in the execution and management of the interest rate hedging program
  • Perform special projects or other tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required, MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in banking or corporate finance
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and overall accounting principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance theory and financial valuation
  • Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and negotiate legal documentation, including credit agreements, bond indentures, term sheets and engagement letters
  • Proven experience in analyzing, building, and maintaining financial models and reporting financial performance
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the financial and capital markets
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong computer skills, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Effective at working both as an individual and in a team-oriented environment
  • Takes direction, demonstrates initiative and follows up regularly on outstanding tasks
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure when meeting deadlines
