Job Description

Financial Additions is assisting an established property management company in Fort Worth looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. This position is in office but has hybrid flexibility as needed.

Executive Assistant/Office Manager responsibilities include:
  • Manages all day to day office operations including ordering supplies, facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Maintains organized electronic filing system and ensures confidentiality across all documentation
  • Prepares correspondence and reports, notarizes documents and other duties
  • Schedules meetings, conferences and events for executives
Executive Assistant/Office Manager background should include:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years office management or administrative experience in a corporate company
  • Experience in property management or commercial real estate helpful
  • Experience with standard office equipment.
  • Must be extremely polished and professional
