Financial Additions has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant for a pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive incoming calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the executive department.

  • Prepare and distribute/file necessary administrative documents.

  • Maintain, update, and coordinate the executive daily calendars.

  • Plan travel arrangements and provide logistic details.

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing a variety of communication on behalf of executive.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.

  • Organize meetings - schedule and send reminders.

  • Handle any other additional administrative tasks as requested.

Qualifications include:

  • 5-8 years in Executive Administrative role suporting C-Suite or President.

  • Good leadership, critical thinking and mediation skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional and polished demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech savvy and solid proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Bachelor's degree -  relevant work experience may be substituted for education.
