Job Description
Financial Additions is searching for a Database Analyst with HubSpot experience for a database consolidation/cleanup project. This is a 3-6 month HYBRID contract position. Applicants must live in north Dallas central Houston due to the hybrid schedule. This position is ideal for someone with data management, CRM maintenance, or data quality control experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Update and maintain contact details, company records, and job details in HubSpot
- Audit and clean up accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Remove duplicate records to improve data integrity
- Monitor email bounce-backs and conduct research to determine causes and update records as needed
- Standardize naming conventions and ensure accurate market segment classifications
- Conduct research and cross-reference site addresses with external data sources for accuracy
Perform quality control checks to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years in data entry analyst role including data cleanup, CRM management or database consolidation
- Intermediate Excel skills - navigate, sort, filter, and pivot tables.
- Experience working with HubSpot
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy
- Detailed, proactive, and highly organized in managing data accuracy and system integrity
- High school diploma - some college a plus
