Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with a manufacturing company in search of a Credit & Collections Specialist. This role is direct hire and fully in office and doesn’t offer any hybrid or remote work.
Position will be responsible for:
  • Reconcile customer accounts, follow up on short-pays, and billing disputes
  • Collect on past-due amounts and delinquent accounts
  • Send invoices and customer statements to customers sales teams
  • Process customer credit memos and apply cash receipts
  • Assist with the lien notification and lien release processes
  • Respond to credit inquiries
  • Coordinate the customer credit approval process, including the processing of credit applications and the management of credit references
  • Update the analysis of the customers’ credit risk profiles
  • Establish, document, communicate, implement, and update credit policies
  • Support month-end activities and year-end close process

Background should include:
  • 3-5+ years of full cycle AR experience
  • Must have strong MS Excel skills
  • Experience with MS Finance is a plus but not required.
