Job Description
Financial Additions is assisting a growing real estate company seeking a Controller or Accounting Manager in North Dallas to join their collaborative team.

Controller/ Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
- Record acquisitions, dispositions, and other complex entries.
- Hire, train, oversee and review accounting department
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Assist, oversee accountants with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and bank compliance
- Assist with external auditors during annual filings and audits, coordinating PBC requests.
Senior Accountant background should include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP is required
- Highly proficient with Excel
