Job Description


Financial Additions is searching for an Accounting Manager/Controller for a great company near Irving. This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Supervise payroll manager, accounting clerk, and A/P clerk
  • Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
  • Assist with managing the SOX and financial audits
  • Work with general and regional managers
  • Manage sales tax reporting
  • Prepare and file union registers and pay union dues
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications include:
  • 4+ years in Assistant Controller/Controller-level role
  • MUST HAVE experience using SAGE (MAS500)
  • Paycom Experince highly preferred
  • Supervisory experience
  • Hands-on approach and willing to "pitch-in" when needed
  • Analytical and "big picture" thinker
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
