Job Description

Financial Additions is assisting a large Real Estate company seeking a Controller to join their team in Fort Worth. This role is in office daily and has amazing benefits.

Controller responsibilities include:
  • Oversees all accounting staff, manage annual performance reviews of staff, train/assist on accounting software, monitor payroll system
  • Perform or oversee general ledger and accounting functions
  • Supervises AP and AR teams
  • Manage month end close processes
  • Oversees lease compliance, manages leases in Yardi, review lease drafts, etc.
  •  
Controller background should include:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA Required
  • 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Accounting Experience
  • Proficient in Yardi, Jonas and AvidSuite
