Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for a CPA/Controller Consultant with commercial real estate or private equity experience.  This is a for a 2-4 month HYBRID role in Dallas.  

Responsibilites include:
  • Financial reporting and analysis for portoflio of real estate funds and direct investment vehicles.  
  • Provide cash management for the funds, high-level variance explanations, and analysis of financial statements. 
  • Work closely with the CFO to prepare quarterly reporting to investors, budgets for the funds, and special projects.
  • Review, approve, and initiate wire transfers and ACHs as needed.
  • Manage loan servicing.
Qualifications include:
  • CPA with 10+ years experience in public accounting, partnership, investment groups, loans, and /or real estate experience.  
  • Technical knowledge of investment company accounting (equity, dividends).
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid experience using Yardi
  • Bachelor or Master's in accounting ot finance.  CPA a must.
