Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with an established construction company looking for a Controller to join the team. The ideal candidate brings a strong cost accounting background and loves being a hands on manager in a small organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manages accounting functions and ensures compliance
  • Oversees treasury management and cash flow
  • Oversees accounts payable and receivables
  • Oversees job cost tracking, WIP reports and customer invoicing
  • Leads and mentors the accounting staff
  • Supports audit preparation, researched discrepancies and resolves issues
  • Identify cost saving strategies and revenue opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
  • CPA Preferred
  • 5+ years experience in accounting
  • Cost Accounting experience required
  • Construction experience preferred
