Financial Additions is assisting a reputable Oil and Gas company in Fort Worth with a Controller position. The ideal candidate brings a background in Oil & Gas accounting, excellent job tenure and wants to join an established and growing company.
This position is hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 remote.
What you will do:
Provide leadership and oversight to ensure proper controls and reporting procedures.
Direct the preparation of financial statements, shareholder reports and tax returns.
Compare sales and profit projections and budget to actual.
Prepares board financial packages
Leads the accounting team
Oversees budget and audit functions
What qualifications you will bring:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Required
5-10 years experience in oil and gas accounting including revenue, JIB, royalty interests, etc.
