Financial Additions is partnering with a Luxury Multi-family Real Estate Developer searching for a Hands-On Controller to join their growing team.  Our client is looking for a Right-Hand person to help lead the accounting and finance initiatives, including investor meetings.

Responsibilities include:
  • Financial Statement Preparation
  • Create financial models used for decision making
  • Develop financial reports
  • Manage Construction Draw processing and reporting
  • Capital Expenditure evaluations
  • Manage all operational accounting functions - A/P, A/R, Payroll
  • Create forecasting models and reports

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus
  • 5+ years in Accounting role
  • Understanding of Project Management and Real Estate Development Accounting
  • Systems experience: QuickBooks and Advanced Excel
  • QuickBooks implementation a plus
