Job Description

Financial Additions has a great 18+ months consulting position for a Contract Administrator/Buyer at a large non-profit organization in Dallas.   This role will include moderate to complex contract support, including procurement for professional services, as well as IT-related contracts for software, applications and service.   This is a HYBRID position.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage procurement and purchasing contracts for assigned departments/teams.  A large part of this position will be working on procurements for professional services and IT
  • Work with legal department for terms and conditions, and final contract approval
  • Vendor relations/management and negotiate for best pricing, delivery, and service.
  • Manage strategic annual review of suppliers' performance.
  • Lead departments/business teams thru RFP process and scorecards.
Qualifications include:
  • 3+ years in mid to senior-level procurement position responsible for reviewing moderate-complex purchasing contracts, vendor management/negotiations, RFP development, project management, etc.
  • Some experience with professional services as well as IT procurements 
  • Strong prophecies in MS Office, contract management systems, and procure-to-pay solutions
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Business, Material Management, Finance or other related field.
