Job Description
Financial Additions has partnered with a Pharmaceutical Distribution Company in search of a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. This is an onsite position.

Continuous Improvement Coordinator position will be responsible for:
- Conducts the investigation of defects (or Deviations) relating to Operations errors throughout the network.
- Participates in the root cause analysis of defects and works with departments to develop training and process changes to eliminate errors.
- Investigates internal inventory discrepancies and works with appropriate teams to ensure corrective transactions are completed when necessary.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Continuous Improvement Coordinator background should include:
- Associate degree and 2 years of related experience
- Quality improvement, Lean Six-Sigma and/ or Kaizen experience
- MS Excel (Intermediate)
