Cloud and Desktop Support Analyst
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Cloud and Desktop Support Analyst position. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting end users and administering Microsoft Cloud technologies. Excellent job tenure and high professionalism is also required.
This position is hybrid in Fort Worth
What you will do:
Provide white-glove end user support to 300+ users across multiple locations.
Support Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange
Assist with Power BI workspace administration
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other devices
