Financial Additions has partnered with a rapidly growing company in their search for a Cash Reconciliations and Reporting Lead. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor a team of reconciliation specialists to ensure timely and accurate cash transaction reconciliations.
  • Provide training, support, and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of cash transactions across various locations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation, to enhance efficiency in reconciliation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements for all cash reconciliation activities.
  • Facilitate skill-building opportunities for team members to improve proficiency in reconciliation and financial analysis.
  • Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate, timely information regarding reconciliation and reporting processes.
 
Key Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in cash reconciliation, financial reporting, or accounting.
    • At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
