Job Description

Financial Additions has a GREAT contract-to-hire opportunity for a Cash Management Analyst at a leading company in north Dallas. Business/Finance/Accounting (or similar) degree required and 1-2 years experience in accounting/finance/economics-type role (college internships count as experience).  Ready to interview and hire before the holidays!  

Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and manage electronic funds transfer (EFT) drafts.  Ensure accuracy in drafting amounts.
  • Compare EFT drafts on bank statements with vendor remittances and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Review and analyze sales transactions from multiple entities.
  • Process accounting entries at the transactional level; provide insight into drafted but unrecorded transactions in the accounting system.
  • Provide audit support as needed.
Qualifications include:  
  • 1-2 years experience in  AR, AP, accounting, general ledger, billing, or cash posting
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and takes ownership of work.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience using SAP, PowerBI, or  Alteryx highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics
