Job Description


Financial Additions has partnered with a premier financial services company in search of a Treasury & Cash Applications Specialist.

Duties:

  • Complete daily end of day reconciliation for all payment transactions performed in the company system of record

  • Assist all internal and external customers by providing accurate, courteous and timely responses to questions

  • Ensure proper processing disbursement payment

  • Process and monitor all customer or 3rd party disbursement refunds associated with each assigned claim

  • Promote a cooperative and productive work environment

 
Qualifications:    

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel

  • 2+ years experience working in a customer service, lockbox or payment processing required
