Financial Additions has partnered with a premier company in the Irving area in search of a HR Business Analyst. This role is currently listed as contract to hire. We are looking for professional, dependable, and personable associates to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures end-user have the right security access at the right time for system go-live.
- Balance security controls and system access to deliver the minimally required access for and end-user.
- Grouping system transactions into business recognizable system job roles and collaborating with business leaders to understand existing HR organizational architecture and mapping current organization into system job roles.
- Assist with ERP implementation, working with system transactions, job / organization design and people / position mapping.
- Using process maps, identify system transactions to create business recognizable system job roles.
- Compiles a variety of operating, financial and statistical information as needed to respond to management requests.
- May add commentary to complete analysis reports and proposals.
- Analyzes monthly department budget reports to maintain expense controls.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years o of related experience to be considered
- Intermediate to advanced MS Project, SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
