Job Description


Financial Additions has partnered with a billion dollar company in search of an AR Billing Manager to oversee  their billing and collections processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle billing and collections process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Review and interpret customer contracts/agreements to ensure billing is in compliance with terms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AR Specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
  • Monitor and analyze billing processes, identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and legal, to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend changes to current processes.


Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AR billing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
