Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for a degreed Billing Analyst for a contract-to-hire position at a leading energy company in Dallas.  This is an onsite position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and  is ready for a new opportunity!  Company is growing and eager to hire!  

Responsibilities include:
  • Review and verify billing calculations to ensure accuracy before invoices are finalized and sent to customers.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain recurring charges and non-inventory billings
  • Analyze and process all non-billed requests accurately to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments (e.g., finance, sales, and operations) and external customers to support efficient billing processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include:  
  • 1-3 years of billing, AR, and/or general ledger experience
  • Proactive, analytical, and strong customer service skills 
  • Excel proficiency
  • Experience using SAP, Power BI, or  Alteryx highly preferred
  • Dependable and detail-oriented
  • Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or similar field
